Wood Frame Construction
All Campio Furniture’s frames are made from Canadian solid woods, which are air-dried. Wood, being a natural product is greatly affected by moisture caused by humidity. In some cases dependant upon the humidity in certain areas of a home, the moisture causes the frame to squeak and some times make crackly noises. These are issues that are out of our control and are not covered under our warranty.

Sofa Bed Mechanism
All Campio Furniture Sofa Bed Mechanisms are made from heavy gauge steel. These mechanisms were designed to fold with a mattress only. Any other items such as blankets, pillows, sheets will cause the mechanism to bend and will ultimately void the warranty.

Leather/Leather Match/Upholstery
Leather is a natural product and is subject to variations in grain characteristics, shading and subtle markings, stretch marks and old scars as well as bites from different insects. These conditions are normal and are not defects.

Any chemicals used when cleaning the leather will cause the leather to fade and or peel; any hairspray or gel that’s exposed to the leather from lounging will also cause the same effect and again will void the warranty.

Campio Furniture thoroughly inspects each and every product to ensure quality and consistency when shipped to our customers. All products shipped are no longer the responsibility of Campio Furniture and any damage that may occur during transport or during customer home deliveries is the responsibility of the Retailer. These problems are usually in the manner of scuffs, scratches, scrapes, rub marks, rips, or tears. Our furniture is not shipped out in this manner and there fore cannot be warranted.

Foam/Poly Fiber Backs & Arms
Campio Furniture designs all their products according to what our customers needs and wants are. Taking under consideration that it would be impossible to please all customers according to their weight and height, which plays a big role in the comfort of each particular product. The foam for each model has a specific density and is extremely consistent, and the fibre in the backs and arms are weighed precisely for comfort and even wear. Certain customers may decide that the foam on the seat is to soft, this is that particular customers personal preference and we cannot warrant any foam replacement. All of our foam is High Density and under normal usage should last the customer well past the warranty.

Swivel Recliner Frames & Bases
All Campio Furniture Swivel Recliner frames & bases are made from high gauge steel and power coated. These frames will perform properly under regular usage. Any excess weight above 300lbs may cause the frame to warp or crack and this is not warranted.

Labour & Workmanship
All of Campio Furniture’s products are inspected prior to shipping. Our products are not shipped if we feel that the product is not 100% to our standards. Wrinkles in the leather are not considered poor workmanship; it is caused by the leather stretching and gathering, which is a natural characteristic of the leather. If the leather did not stretch it would have no choice but to tear. Wrinkles and gathering are not considered a defect and therefore are not warranted.
